Returns and International Shipping

International Shipping Note:

Duty & Tax fees for international shipping will be billed to the receiver.

Please note that we are not authorized to ship outside of North America

 

Returns:

Returns are authorized and processed on a case by case basis.

Materials must include all original packaging and must have never been installed or powered up. There is a 50% restocking fee and all returns must be done within 30 days from receipt of your order.

Materials damaged by the customer will not be accepted back.

Modules, cables, and software upgrades are NOT eligible for returns.
